Digital products

For digital products (templates, kits, etc.):

• •Withdrawal period: 14 days after purchase
• •Condition: The product must not have been downloaded
• •Refund: 100% of the purchase price

Subscription services

For subscription services:

• •Cancellation: At any time without penalty
• •Refund: Pro-rata for the current month if cancellation within 7 days
• •Non-use: No refund for unused months

Refund procedure

2. Provide your order number and reason for refund

3. Our team will process your request within 48 hours

4. The refund will be made to the original payment method
